NAIWA is an independent, privately operated SME assessment and certification platform. NAIWA is operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

NAIWA operates under a commercial trade licence issued by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) with a licensed activity of Management Consultancies. NAIWA provides private, documentation-based business assessment and certification services and related informational tools. NAIWA does not hold itself out as anything other than a private management consultancy operating the NAIWA platform.

NAIWA is remotely managed and operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. NAIWA does not maintain a public walk-in office, branch office, or retail premises. Meetings and document exchange are handled by appointment or remote correspondence only.

Any reference to a location on this platform indicates the jurisdiction of operation and governing law and must not be read as a representation that NAIWA maintains a registered office, branch, or physical place of business open to the public.

NAIWA is currently not registered for VAT and does not charge VAT. NAIWA does not currently hold a Tax Registration Number (TRN) and does not issue tax invoices.

If VAT registration becomes applicable in the future, applicable taxes may be added and invoices may be updated accordingly. Any change will take effect prospectively and will be reflected on the relevant fees and billing pages.

NAIWA does not publish its full trade licence particulars on this website. Licence details may be provided on a confidential basis to verified counterparties, regulators, payment processors, banks, or institutional partners upon a legitimate, documented request and subject to NAIWA's verification of the requesting party.

The provision of licence details for verification purposes does not create any partnership, agency, endorsement, or other relationship and does not waive any term of these legal pages.

NAIWA expressly does not claim, and must not be understood to claim, any of the following:

• that NAIWA is a government, semi-government, or public authority, or is endorsed, approved, accredited, supervised, recognized, or authorized by any such authority;
• that NAIWA holds any regulatory approval, accreditation, or official recognition for its certification or assessment activities;
• that NAIWA holds a financial-services licence, crowdfunding licence, brokerage licence, payment-services licence, lending licence, or investment-advisory authorization;
• that NAIWA operates an investment platform, crowdfunding platform, securities exchange, or fund;
• that NAIWA is endorsed, sponsored, partnered with, or affiliated with any bank, free zone, government programme, accelerator, incubator, or financial institution, except where stated in a separately signed written agreement.

NAIWA is a private management consultancy operating a private assessment and certification platform. Any NAIWA certification is a private opinion based on submitted documentation and is not an official, governmental, or regulatory determination of any kind.

NAIWA is registered within Dubai's SME ecosystem. This registration is a factual record of participation only. It does notconstitute government endorsement, regulatory approval, regulatory supervision, accreditation, official authorization, certification of NAIWA's methodology, or approval or guarantee of any NAIWA certification outcome, and it must not be represented as any of these. NAIWA does not publish the particulars or reference numbers of this registration on this website.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of NAIWA or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international intellectual-property laws.

The NAIWA name, logo, and certification marks are marks of NAIWA. Use of these marks, and any use of NAIWA certificates, registry entries, reports, screenshots, listings, summaries, or platform materials, requires NAIWA's prior written permission unless expressly permitted by NAIWA's published brand or certification-use rules. NAIWA may suspend, revoke, correct, or restrict any mark usage, certificate, listing, report, or registry entry that is inaccurate, misleading, expired, misused, unlawful, reputationally harmful, or outside the permitted scope.
